It starts with Dynamic Breathwork.
Breathwork is the “royal road” that connects your nervous system of today with your old habitual patterns of yesterday.
Most of us aren’t aware that our nervous system is unwittingly holding on to our old, maladaptive beliefs and behaviors.
The good news is you can let go of those old patterns simply by doing Dynamic Breathwork, which works directly on your central nervous system.
In fact, studies have shown that people who partake in practices that engage the body’s nervous system experience better outcomes in other change work, such as psychotherapy.
This is why I highly recommend all my new clients do at least one Breathwork session with me. It connects your body’s intelligence with the beliefs and behaviors you want to create as your new reality.

My name is Heather Juergensen and I’m a breathwork teacher and mind-body health specialist based in Los Angeles.
After years researching and curating mental health resources online, I realized people don’t need more information - they need better information.
Through trial and error and lots of experimentation, I’ve pared down my private practice to only three tools, which I’ve found give people the most bang for their buck.
